How to get rid of dark blemishes on skin fast and simple?

I have a dark complexion. I also have dark blemishes on my arm and back that I'd like to get rid of fast if possible without having to go to the doctor for laser skin surgery. Don't tell me that I should use coco butter or to use body scrub they don't work for me. I was wondering if I needed different kinds of skin treatment considering the blemishes are in different places on my body (chest, back, and upper arms) and what to use to get rid of them asap please help me out.
