How do I get rid of skin tags near my eye?

I just noticed it yesterday and they're pretty small. There's two of them, one on the corner of my eye, and one on top a few centimeters under my eye brow, how would you suggest I get rid of them without harsh ointments that might harm my eyes if they accidentally get inside?

Suggestion:

Consult a dermatologist. I have A LOT of skin tags a few years ago. I had them removed by a dermatologist and they haven't come back yet.
