hi . i have about 20 skin tags under each arm. my doctor says they are too small for him to remove?

( he removed the bigger ones) but says im stuck with these smaller ones. has any one any tips for getting rid of them. ill try any thing. thanks in advance

Suggestion:

I remove them with a straight edge nail clipper, it only tingles for a second or two.
