Skin colored bumps… and how to get rid of acne scars?
So i used to have accne so that went away but there are some remaining buumps. there skin colored and it not up close not very visible but when im taking profile pictures there and 1000000% visible and i hate it. Always accne scars? how to get rid of them too

If I was to get a skin piercing should I ask for a microdermal or skin diver?
I was thinking of maybe getting my hips pierced. What I was wondering is if I should ask for Micro-dermal piercings or skin divers :/ The piercing shop I go to has both but I heard that skin divers aren't as well at healing whereas micro dermals heal quite well. Hmmm. I heard that micro dermals hurt more aswell but i don't know :/ What to do. Im 17 so im old enough to get it all done but its just deciding whether to or not. Plus my boyfriend doesn't particularly like piercings..although he has come round to it a little lol 
. So yes, anyway, micro dermal or skin divers??? And do you think I should get hip piercings or would they be a waste of money :/

Salt, in excess, is bad, right? Well what about on your skin?
I know how salt is bad if you eat too much
and it can be healing to the skin/a good exfoliator, well… if you… em.. go swimming in the salty sea every single day, would it absorb into your blood and cause harm at all?

i have an operation tomorrow and the doctor's asked if i smoked didn't tell me to stop coming up the operation and i have smoked today because it's stress full time for me and i just read some of the stuff that could happen to me i am just wondering if it is from cancer operations because it's not that here is some of the stuff that said could happen
