Best Clinique foundation for oily skin?

I'm not willing to pay anything under $35. I've got pretty oily skin but i also burn easily and i do want some (not a lot, but some) coverage for freckles.

Suggestion:

perfectly real works really well for oily skin and it covers everything without looking cakey
